If I was the interviewer I might ask her the following.

Setting fan relationships aside for the following two questions.

In a personal relationship, what is most important to you / what do
you value most?

In a professional relationship, what is most important to you / what
do you value most?

However, the following is fan related.

When you are at your table during a show and a total stranger
(somebody you have never seen before and had no communication with)
who is a fan approaches your table:

What do you expect them to say?
What would you like them to say?
What do you not want them to say?

How do you expect them to act?
How would you like them to act?
How do you not what them to act?

The following question applies to all of the above.

Does any of the above change with the gender, age and/or sexual
preference of the person?
