That's part of her private life she is fully entitled to keep private.
She models nude, and for all the facade that it's 'art' really it's
to titillate men. If she starts talking about her boyfriend/husband
or boyfriends or whatever, this may shatter part of the fantasy that
people have about her & lessen the appeal to them.
People see her in various states of undress with a look of wanting or
desire; those same people subliminaly or otherwise convince
themselves that it's THEM she wants.
It serves no puropse for her to tell all, and why should she?
