Honesty and Gender Preference

There is nothing you can say that won't offend somebody somewhere
somehow.
The following is just my opinion. However, I may be wrong.
Having given my disclaimer, I will continue.

Lisa has a private/personal life and a public/business life.
Her private/personal life (non-fiction) I don't know about so I won't
comment on it.

In public/business life I don't expect her to be honest.
This part (fiction) is all about fantasy and imagination. Which
involves the art of deception.
It is also about security. Like others, if she does not keep some
personal details private, or to plausible lie, some people might use
them to force themselves into her private life.
Honesty (reality) might also destroy the fantasy and imagination for
some people.

If there is some ambiguity about her gender preference is it part of
her private/personal life she does not care to disclose for whatever
reason(s) she chooses.
However it may also have something to with the fact that she does have
fans of both genders so maybe she wants to preserve the fantasy for
everybody.
Don't know.
Don't care.

But whatever she is doing appears to be working for her

she is best known for running her own website, one of the most
successful of former Playboy models, which features her own
photographs, videoclips, and other interactive features. She is
distinctive in that she has resisted modeling in more explicit
pictorials or videos, preferring to remain strictly in the glamour
photography genre, and maintaining a classier public persona.
