Providing she wants to do more than she is now the first thing that I
would do would be to sit down and talk with her and find out:
How sucessfull she wants to be.
What her final goal is - how far she wants to go.
What she is willing to do and not do.
How much time, money, and other resources she is willing to dedicate
What priority this is for her.
How involved she want to be.
How serious she is.
And anything else that I, or her, think of.
Then we would work out a plan to achive those goals.
But then once she took at look at how I manage my life she would not
hire me. Or maybe more like laugh in my face.
