I don't think Lisa has had any surgical work to her breasts. If you
look at her newest pics her breasts are definetly larger, but her body
is not as super thin as it was when she first opened her site in 2000.
There are two sets, one called "Fence" and another one
called "Turquoise Beads" where Lisa is really ripped and lean, you can
actually see each muscle in her stomach, and her breasts are not as
large. The newer sets Lisa's tummy is still flat and firm, but not as
cut up as in those other sets. Also her hips are a little more curvy
and her legs a bit more muscular. So I think it is a natural growth
to her chest not implants.
