Subject: Where's the video?

Lisa promised two new videos in the next week on December 23. She
gave us one shortly after that (which was marginal). We still haven't
seen the second video she promised and January's almost over. These
broken promises are getting ridiculous.
Contact me with any problems, suggest a correction, or a change. Please include the 'ID number'/search terms/what is wrong/any other information that you can think of and I will try to correct it.
