Well, Lisa, As you so sweetly suggested it, I
did, just now try joining. Now, my geography ain't
great but UK isn't in Guam, Micronesia, Mariana
Islands, Palau or any US state.... It did offer me a box
to pick which country I wanted, but as the sole
choice there was USA, it wasn't much help
either.
