PS, if anyone lives here in San Diego, and is having
a hard time dealing with the tragedy that has
befallen us, email me or leave me a post, or simply show
up at the VA hospital (in La Jolla) tonight and
every Monday night. There is a support group for people
with depression and bipolar (manic depression) that
meets on the second floor of the VA hospital, just ask
for directions to the elevators and get off at the
second floor, there is usually a sign that says DMDA
meeting or something like that. It's from 6:00 to 8:00pm
every Monday and there is no charge. So if you, or
someone you love, are suffering from depression or manic
depression, come on down and I guarantee you will feel better
