Had the same problem - contacted tech support. I
don't know if they did anything or what they may have
done. After a few days, I got pi**ed and clicked on the
damn thing about fifty times and it started working.
Coincidence? - I don't know. E-mail 'em and see, good luck.
Contact me with any problems, suggest a correction, or a change. Please include the 'ID number'/search terms/what is wrong/any other information that you can think of and I will try to correct it.
