Well, AJ this first question is are you a member of her website?
Because if you go to Video Clips in the general portion of her
website then you will only see a single image from the clip and when
you click on the letter you are taken to the Join page. When you go
Backstage, on the other hand, you will be able to download the images
by clicking on the letter for the clip.
